We carefully inspect our products before they shipped. Due to the nature of our business, we do not accept returns on used candles. However, we will replace a product should they become damage due to shipping. Please contact cs@faerieluxe.com and provide photos of the damage product within 3 days of receipt.
Exchange

- If you wish to exchange or return the product you purchase, please contact cs@faerieluxe.com to obtain a return authorization.
- We will accept exchange and returns of unused product provided they are in brand new condition and shipped in original packaging.
- Allow up to 1 week upon the return of goods for funds to be credited to your original method of payment (minus any original shipping cost).
